PRESIDENT

Crystal has worked in catering for the past ten years. After graduating from Harvard University with a degree in Economics and double minor in French and the History of Art and Architecture, she planned celebrity parties and large-scale corporate events in Hollywood for three years. Crystal also keeps her finger on the pulse of the hottest dining trends as the Associate Editor of Eater LA. She likes tequila, Tupac, and macarons.

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Julie has worked in the restaurant and catering industry for the past thirty years. After operating five restaurants throughout the Los Angeles area, she went on to cater hundreds of private, philanthropic, and corporate events in the South Bay, and became known for her deftly seasoned cuisine with international flair. Julie graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with High Honors.
