CRYSTAL COSER BECAME AN EXPERT IN THE LOCAL CULINARY LANDSCAPE AS THE ASSOCIATE EDITOR OF EATER LA. SHE ALSO WORKED AT THE EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING FIRM NVE IN HOLLYWOOD, PRODUCING CELEBRITY AND CORPORATE EVENTS BEFORE BECOMING DIRECTOR OF BRAND STRATEGY AND CREATIVE DIRECTOR AT AGE 25.
CRYSTAL GRADUATED FROM HARVARD UNIVERSITY WITH A DEGREE IN ECONOMICS AND A DOUBLE MINOR IN FRENCH AND THE HISTORY OF ART AND ARCHITECTURE. AT HARVARD, SHE WAS THE MANAGER OF THE UNIVERSITY'S RESTAURANT AND PUB, THE CHAIR OF THE COLLEGE EVENTS BOARD, AND THE RESTAURANT CRITIC FOR THE SCHOOL'S MAGAZINE. CRYSTAL ALSO STUDIED FOOD SCIENCE WITH CHEFS JOSE ANDRES AND FERRAN ADRIA AND WORKED AT THE RESTAURANT CONSULTING FIRM AVERO IN NEW YORK.

CHEF JULIE HAS WORKED IN THE RESTAURANT AND CATERING INDUSTRY FOR THE PAST THIRTY YEARS. AFTER OPERATING FIVE RESTAURANTS THROUGHOUT THE LOS ANGELES AREA, SHE WENT ON TO CATER HUNDREDS OF PRIVATE, PHILANTHROPIC, AND CORPORATE EVENTS IN THE SOUTH BAY AND BECAME KNOWN FOR HER DEFTLY SEASONED CUISINE WITH INTERNATIONAL FLAIR. JULIE GRADUATED FROM LE CORDON BLEU WITH HIGH HONORS.
CHEF JULIE CONTINUES TO GROW HER LOVE FOR CULTURE AND FOOD AND TRAVELS OFTEN, BRINGING BACK INSPIRATION FOR THE CONSTANTLY CHANGING BITES & BASHES DISHES. HER MOST RECENT TRIP WAS TO KOREA, RENEWING HER LOVE FOR KOREAN CUISINE.
